Kahala Resort laundry attendants Albert Poon and Argel Patricio were not being scheduled according to seniority by their employer. They both filed grievances with the Contract Enforcement Team. Argel won 16 hours of overtime back pay, while Albert won 8 hours of overtime back pay.
