The inspector did not observe a staff person telling these people to put a mask on. A Postmates delivery person entered the lobby wearing a mask, but was seen 5 minutes later leaving through the lobby without a mask. |
Plexiglas (or other) barriers | The Plexiglas at the front desk did not fully cover the window (see photo below).
Hostess stand at the Hideout (Laylow’s rooftop bar and restaurant) had no Plexiglas or other barriers to keep a distance between workers and guests. |
Hand sanitizer | The elevator and escalator at the entrance did not have a hand sanitization station (see photo below). |
Social distancing | The markings on the floor of the coffee shop to promote social distancing were not 6 feet apart (see photo below).
