We believe that we can transform health care by transforming Kaiser Permanente. We seek to bring to Hawaii patient care and service second to none, and do it with the Aloha spirit that makes our islands unique.
We believe we can turn Kaiser Permanente into a model for any universal health care system.
We believe the way we realize our enormous potential is by establishing a team culture that respects frontline workers’ opinions, harvests their wisdom and protects their jobs. Both the Union and Kaiser Permanente must work toward building a shared vision in which both organizations achieve their goals.
